Randy Adams Construction, Inc. has been in business for over 40 years. We are a merit shop Design/Build General Contractor with extensive commercial and industrial experience in the Mid-Missouri market.

Being a Design/Build firm, we are equipped to handle your project from beginning to end. We specialize in creative custom Design/Build applications while utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided Auto Cad technology. Your project will receive personal attention through single-source coordination for site development, complete concrete work, steel erection, complete trim and finish carpentry services, all interior finish work, and the full scope of mechanical and electrical work. Additionally, we have been involved in the pre-engineered steel building business for many years.

Pre-engineered steel buildings are no longer simply square or rectangular boxes sheathed in metal siding. Structural design is virtually limited only by the imagination and exteriors routinely incorporate glass, wood, stucco, brick and stone to provide dramatic effects. Pre-engineered buildings can be beautiful and incorporated into any type of surrounding.

In addition, and just as importantly, RAC is deeply involved in concrete tilt-up construction. Concrete tilt-up is the process of casting wall panels on site (usually on the floor slab) and then tilting them into place. The method offers tremendous durability, speed of construction, and architectural latitude. Concrete tilt-up is one of the most innovative and useful construction methods in the world today.

RAC has established long term relationships with quality sub-contractors to handle the electrical, mechanical and plumbing aspects of our projects. Being the General Contractor, RAC maintains accurate records of insurance certificates on our sub-contractors. Our field supervisory staff is second to none and will insure that the project runs smoothly, efficiently and within time and budgetary constraints.

Over the last 40 years, RAC has completed literally hundreds of construction projects. Our staff is very familiar with all State and Federal regulations pertaining to office and manufacturing sites. Regulations that we deal with on a daily basis include BOCA, International Building Code, American National Standards Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities, Missouri Department of Transportation Requirements, and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (pertaining primarily to land disturbance issues).
